Was it a struggle to get all five reps on each set, or only the last two? Were you able to keep a neutral spine (being new to this style)?
Yea i better be sore after that. It was only tough on the last two sets. Yea I was able to keep a neutral back. Thanks for all the advise tim loved doing deads like that.
If it was just the last two sets then you picked the weight spot on
Next few weeks should also seem some quick adaptation to it too. So some poundage will go on that bar pretty quickly.
