Well i just got back from my leg workout. It went pretty well. I was at the point of failure after I was done. It was pretty intense.

thanks Frank!! i did some calf raises on a leg press machine. nothing much i think it was 485lbs about 25-30 reps 3 sets

i didnt do deads cause when i started my workout my back was hurting so i was trying to take it easy but next week me and Will will do back together and i will put them back in there.

Yea will thanks for making me do 495. I never thought it would have been as easy as it was. 585 next week? I don't know about that but maybe.

Thanks PV. Hell yea they are sore!!! yea it was pretty crazy volume. me and will just started working out and we couldnt stop. i thought it was a little much but i dont do that much every week so i thought it wouldnt hurt anything.
