hey, actually I train on instinct but there is a system. For instance if I do 3 sets of 3 repetition of 160 squat, if will do 170 squat next training and so on. Sometimes I like to do a 20-repper.
A few months ago I trained with a strict schedule, with percentages etc etc but I had become to taxing and I simply didn't had fun. Now I train on instinct again
