I just noticed: you did Deadlifts 2 days in a row back to back?
yeah, I train how I feel.
my "trainingschedule" is like this:
shoulder exercise
deadlift exercise
squat exercise
sometimes I might do deadlift 3 times, sometimes only 1. I may do lots of reps or sometimes just singles. I train how I feel most of the time.
