I just noticed: you did Deadlifts 2 days in a row back to back?

yeah, I train how I feel.

my "trainingschedule" is like this:

shoulder exercise
deadlift exercise
squat exercise

sometimes I might do deadlift 3 times, sometimes only 1. I may do lots of reps or sometimes just singles. I train how I feel most of the time.

Hey, when you say 190 lbs farmers walk, do you mean 95 lbs per hand or 190 lbs per hand? Sorry for being ignorant but different people write different things which is why I ask.

I mean 190lbs per hand.
For instance when I say 200 kg farmers walk, I would mean 100 kg per hand.
I always write in kg never in lbs

np, but in the exercise I did I didn't meant 190 kg per hand. It was one dumbell that I was deadlifting with. :)
