well this is the first time I realy tried them and I have to say that there is lots of potential in the exercise. Still lots of technique work to do though but I liked it.

Hey champ :)

The reason you went for sumo is that because you're planning on competing or because you feel that you need more leg drive in deadlift? :)

naaa just because I wanted to, I saw ed coan doing both so I thought why not give it a try

the muscles above my ass (lol) are stiff. When my back is straight I have no pain but when I arch my back I feel the muscles stretch. I still can deadlift (just pulled 170 kg) but I don't know. I don't like it

Fresh start, I have some goals
Overhead press ==> 100 kg
Deadlift ==> 200 kg slow and steady
Zercher squat ==> +200 kg
pull ups ==> 90 kg

Furthermore I will do lots of sandbag lifting
and Squat as supplementary exercise with 160 kg, that seems a decent moderate weight.
