looking good mate. what i like about your log is that you do many strongman related exercises. nice to see someone doing things a bit different. i've allways wanted to try farmers walk. i think i would do quite well on it. and i see you are carrying some huge weights there as well. keep up the good work bro:xyxthumbs:

Those Deadlifts are really solid. Your ramp-up is a bit odd to me because I've never done something like that as my warm-up. My warm-ups are so weird lol:
135 x 7
245 x 7
295 x 5
345 x 3
385 x 3
and then my work sets starting with 415:
415 x 1
435 x 1
455 x 1
455 x 1
425 x 1

I do like 28 reps just so I can do 5 in my work sets :p
