those farmers deadlifts i assume is just two farmers each weighing 100kg right? strong for your weight

yes indeed 100 kg per side. My timbers are much lower, only 2 cm higher than a the height of a normal deadlift. Next time I'll go for 220, almost tripple bodyweight.
