Have you ever seen olympic weightlifting? The clean and jerk is total body exercise.

Aaah.Ok.I think my english is a bit rusty because I confused those exercises.Sorry,my mistake. :)

And,yes I now olympic weightlifting. :) So your goal is not to gain muscle...
