I will say yes because who knows how much he has improved 
and I think he just had a few minor week points to bring up in the offseason and if he did that and comes in conditioned, there is no reason why he wouldnt be considered a contender.

That being said, I feel he could likely crack the top five at the Arnold if he comes in shape. His lack of momentum going into the show may cost him a bit though.
