Hey Iceman, sry if I post this here, but I remember various times when some were saying Cutler in 2009 is his best version ever etc.
I think we may have agreed on the 2001 version of him. and this video is a cool quick comparison.
Both in the same lighting and on the same stage, I would still go to Jay 2001.
I do think that in 2009 he had a few more impressive poses and details, but some might be because of the great stage lighting.

I agree with you about 2001 being better than 2009.
In 2001, he had better symmetry, proportions, shape, smaller waist. In 2009, his conditioning may have been slightly better and his back, bust his waist was wider and he was "Top heavy".
Exactly, top heavy as you said. And one thing that I have noticed as well are the delts that do not have the same 3D pop like in 2001. You can see it easily in the front lat spread pose.I agree with you about 2001 being better than 2009.
