^well i really got into it when i was like 16 close to 17. im 19 from end of march now. but basically my first year or so was just getting introduced to a gym, then i just wanted to lose weight because i was a fat ass :crymeariver:
i have pics up from like last year about the same time when i was about 155, and then some of like the beginning of this year i was around 175ish but got a little too fat trying to bulk. now about 185 so ill try and get some new pics up sometime soon. maybe tonight if i can :spy:

A lot of my lifts might seem to not have improved a whole lot from like last fall, but im much stronger.
I realized i was getting an ego in the gym and just trying to throw up as big of weights i could and let form go to hell (esp. bench and squat)
and that led to some minor injuries too, and i realized i was a douche for doing that so cleared that up kicked it back with better form now everything shooting up :tiphat:

Deads was spot on, and form is more important than big weights, although I too get an ego sometimes : )
