Felt kinda tired coming into the session, couldnt get pumped to do my squats but they were decent

Squats
365 x 3
315 x 4
315 x 4

-i dont think my last session was deep enough, so i made sure i went deeper this time, thats why weight and reps a bit lower. Felt good though.

Front Squat
155 x 3
185 x 3
185 x 4
185 x 4

DB Lunges
50 x 10
50 x 10
50 x 10

Hack Squat
180 x 3
180 x 5
180 x 5 - 135 x 5 - 90 x 5

Felt kinda weak session, idk why i felt weak today (maybe its because im on a cut? :e5dunno:)
Felt pretty good getting into the session though, the squats i just couldnt get pumped up to bang em out like i normally do. First time doing lunges in a while so that felt really good :hsughr:
weighed 176 today...was like 185 a week and a half ago, must have lost a lot of water weight or something :wutyousay:

-and i know i didnt do any hammys :hide: ran outa time, and also kinda switched my rest day around dont want them to be tired tomarrow for deads!

Excellent squats, and about the cut thing, I had the exact same feeling about a week ago. It will come and go. We just have to remember that we cant always lift our max, and certainly not when we dont have the needed calories and energy in our bodies. We will save that for offseason :)

db lunges is where its at, one of my fav lifts you can really feel all the muscles in your leg working

todays session was bad
couldnt focus in gym, too much shit going on

tried 455 dead fail. got half way after like 5 secs of pulling but couldnt get it

did 415 x1 then some rack pulls with 500
pull ups and some bis
short session

hopefully tomarrow will be better

well u did what u could bro:) next time will be better for sure:2: but im warning u, if ure cutting atm ur training will suffer. it sure did with me anyways, less focus and drive in the gym. offc it depends on how far ure gonna take the cutting.
