Really good leg-strength. I dont agree with Bulkie, I think you just have to get used to the front squats, then you will love them.

i dont think they are awkward, i love em. at first they feel awkward but once you get the position on your shoulders right you will learn to love em :2:
they give a good burn to your whole leg, and to the complete quad not just the bulk part of it like normal squats do. idk you should give em a try though
