dont have camera with me now, pics might not be up for a while.
right now i started a smolov jr for bench, with max being 240 right now. going to hit deads on tuesdays and squats thursday in between sessions, with sunday off.
today was first day 6x6x170 fairly easy
shout out to freako for helping me set it up and motivating me to try it
