was happy with this session, PB on the dead and pullups felt great. got a big ass open callus on my hand now, i feel ya pain el freako :crymeariver:

Oh and i forgot to add in my last leg session to blake, i got rid of my tampon a couple weeks ago :gaygay:

eh kinda but only way i can work it in, well only way i decided too anyway. those three parts are the smallest so it only made sense to me to do em all on the same day, then back and bis since that kinda makes sense, and legs by themselves since they have most parts and are biggest
