Banshee - Yeah, I'm very proud of putting up a new personal best. Sure, the one on High-Rows meant something too but not nearly what it does for breaking it on Squats :D

Tweak - It's going to be hard to pass Glex anymore because we're running out of weight...time to up the reps I guess :wtcrun:

I feel weird because I've actually been going to my classes as of late. I haven't had much (or any) actual work due yet but it feels good to be going and taking in some information instead of sitting in my room playing Nintendo all day. Anyways, this basically means I'm more regimented than usual and my training is no exception. Here's today's Chest/Shoulders/Tris session.

BB Bench
Set #1 - 135 pounds x 15 reps
Set #2 - 185 pounds x 8 reps
Set #3 - 225 pounds x 8 reps
Set #4 - 245 pounds x 8 reps
Set #5 - 245 pounds x 8 reps


Incline DB Press
Set #1 - 110 pounds x 8 reps
Set #2 - 110 pounds x 6 reps (+1 rep spotted)


Shoulders
Seated DB Press
Set #1 - 90 pounds x 8 reps
Set #2 - 100 pounds x 5 reps (+1 rep spotted) :disgust:
Set #3 - 90 pounds x 8 reps

DB Rear Delt Raises
Set #1 - 35 pounds x 12 reps
Set #2 - 45 pounds x 8 reps


DB Shrugs
Set #1 - 100 pounds x 10 reps
Set #2 - 120 pounds x 8 reps


Triceps
DB Skull Crushers
Set #1 - 40 pounds x 8 reps
Set #2 - 35 pounds x 12 reps

...that's all for today. Overall I'm happy with today's session although I would've liked to have gotten more reps with the 110's on Incline and the 100's on Should Press. Also, I decided to incorporate the DB skull crushers because I had a strange feeling my right arm was falling behind (and I was right).

awesome job on the BB bench. your shoulders are craaaaaaazy bro....100 lbs shoulder presses. thats stronger than a damn ox i use 80s on a good day lol.

good work Line!! the entire session is solid with no exceptions despite your bitching about reps w/ weights most people just look at in the gym and say who uses those.... i need to get in on the race to 500 lb squats i guess i better get cracking
