looking good lion heart. why not drop the front squat and add those 3 sets to leg curls or something bro! Reguardless your session is high volume and your a warrior for making it through all that!

Thanks for stopping by ,big man.I just love front squats and i feel them working my quads better after regular squats are done.Which would not be the case if id started with fronties.:2:
