Thanks sexie.Why waste any energy to a useless sets..i never understood of why people say they wanna do 5 sets if this exercise,5 sets of that and so on..and all sets to failureGreat arm sessions and great low volume your like me I have to warm up a lot for my first exercises but after that its just two all out sets per exercise. Good session
