How much do you weigh? Could you be doing pullups rather than pulldowns?

How much do you weigh? Could you be doing pullups rather than pulldowns?

Good idea..i havent done pullups for like 2 years now..i did lot of them but my shoulder started to hurt a bit.I gotta try them next time...and i weight about 225lbs right now.I lost good 10lbs when i was sick:disgust:

deadlifts are supa heavy, very impressive mate, bench looks strong as hell too especially from just coming off a pec tear:)

Chest is 100% healed DA.Only if i would get my strenght back and break my too old records ,i would be happy:D

holy shit those deads are strong!:D and following that up with such strong barbell rows is a tremendous feat:2: if ure sick often there is nothing like vitamin c, pop 20 pills a day and ull be healthy for the rest of ur life:2:
