still working out heavy i see.. great choice to go a little down with the weight if your back tells you that something is wrong.. anyway 150kg are a good weight and some dudes dont even squat it once!!!

great job on those presses. I really like the setup you have going with your routine. If you yelled shit though I'd be pushing you in the rack too lol. Easy on those knees, Knee problems suck I'm going through that right now.
