Just finished up a late workout.

I feel good but shaky. I know i pushed myself thru this workout didnt take it slow or easy. Im gonna be sore 2 days from now! Lmao.. I just blew up arms. Will update when i get home.

I did some stretching before and after running earlier and some abs after running.

Will do my ab workout when i get home. Hopefully i will get some solid sleep today.

Will have to take some red kratom .

Also i forgot to mention im using Recons Organisms for support supps. Right now.

Have to pick up a few other things. Waiting on tb500. Update after i get home and do abs.
What are those supps?

Yesterdays workout went like this.
Finished off 1 run about 40minutes.
Superset group of 2 exercises than move on to the next group.

Standing alt bicep curls 3 x 12
Tricep pushdowns 3 x12

Alt bicep supination curls 3 x12
Dips 3 x 25, 25, 23

Concentration curls 3 x 12
OH tricep extensions 3 x15

Hammer curls 5 x 12,12,10,10 ,10
reverse grip tricep ext 5 sets 15,12,12,10,10

reverse curls 5 sets x 12,12,12,10,8

superset wrist curls/ reverse wrist curls
3 sets. 25/15

Standing wrist curls 3 x 20
Standing ,arms down , knuckles on my ass, palms facing away from your ass

Morning abs.
Wide legged sit ups
Crunches
V ups
Leg raises
Heels to heaven
Mason twists


Woke up a little sore. My core was definitely suffering from some stiffness.
Feel like a dam noob. Im embarrassed of where i am at right now.

Shift changed yesterday. So sleep is out of wack!

Did 15 minute on the arch trainer.

Just to warm up my legs and get blood flowing and a little pump.

Did a partial leg workout out. Was kinda tired eyes were burning. Kept things kinda light but fast pa ed for the most part.

My Order was all messed up also. I like to do my power movements first. Didn't happen this way. Place was crazy as hell.

Leg extensions 80 x 15, 120 x 15, 140 x 15, dropset 100 til failure, 60 til failure

Leg curls 70 x15, 90 x 15, 120 x 15 dropset

100 til failure, 60 til failure

Leg press

8 plates x 12

10 plates x 12

12 plates x 12

8 plates x failure. Waited about 90 seconds

8 plates til failure.

My legs were so burned out. I was embarrassed as to not only doing 3 sets but almost half the weight i once was lifting. Trying to Walk i felt like the scarecrow from the wizard of oz. Wtf.

Almost bit the dust stepping off the curb.

Today i ended up having to work 3-11.This week including tomorrow im on 3-11.

Will hit the gym tonight after work.

Also, yesterday i was having issues with the right side of my neck and shoulder.

Not sure if the shoulder workout caused this tightness. I took 4 oz of red kratom and 1gr of green 20x brick rock resin then took a 30 minute HOT shower. Trying to relax the muscles. Did some stretching and layed on the floor on my back for about an hour. Pain and stiffness seemed to subside About an hour and a half after my shower and kratom.

Will update from the gym tonight. Hoping it is dead

I was on 3-11 this week at work. Friday had to go in 7p-7a. Have to be back by 3pm today for 3-11shift. Then be back by morning for 7a-7p. Besides changing my schedule i had a good night.

Finished one HIIT/ jog combo for 45 minutes.

Also another 30 minutes of HIIT.

Every 4th lap i would do 25 pushup, 25 lunges, 25 knee ups.

Push ups. Changed from standard, to military, to diamonds, to declines.

Also finished off shoulders and stretching.

Delts included. Hopefully i will sleep well this morning. I have to be back in here by 3pm. Update later everyone.

Monday will be my 3rd pin of 250mg of test e.

Just made it home about 10minutes ago.
Gonna do some ab work and hopefully off to bed by 9am. Have to be back at work by 3pm. That will give me 5hrs of sleep. That should work. Mace out

Was a rough weekend with my crazy schedule. Doubled back a few days in a row. Yesterday i didnt accomplish much of anything.

Today fasted cardio 27minutes. Still tired from the weekend lack of sleep.

Friday i worked 7p-7a, come right back at 3p worked til 11pm. Then come back at 7am until 7pm.. Feel like im dragging. I know i need some extra sleep tonight. I will make sure to get as much as i can.

1st meal

3 eggs- hot sauce- 2 pieces turkey sausage. Will get some more cardio by 11am.

Today will be pin #3 250mg test e.

Going to florida april 22nd. Gotta make it happen!

Haha. I did 50 pushups and after ward dont feel like even holdin my head up.. Im tired, not from physical activity, just feel totally drain. Almost time for my steroids...whoot whoot.. People give AAS a bad wrap.
Meanwhile take 60mg of prednisone and feel horrible. I hate this shit. by the end of the week i guarantee ill put on 15-20lbs.
I cant even eat. I have had no appetite. For the last week. I had a protein drink early. And small bowl of chicken soup. And about 6 bottles of water or so. Im so fucking thirsty. It doesnt stop. My mouth and throat are so dry. I cant quench them... So how the hell do u gain all this weight (prednisone).. Ugh. My throat is so hoarse. I have to really force the air out to be heard.
Shallow breathing sucks also.
Gonna do some biceps and triceps. Hopefully ..
