A Friend just offered me some deer sausage. So i grabbed a few pieces. Not the best i have had. A little tough. Not a whole lot of spice.

Haha found an extra pack of jalapeno tuna.

Finished off 1- 30 minute jog. And 20 minutes of HIIT.

Hitting some delts.

Shoulders/arms update when done.

Was Listening to this .

Ok just finished up. Feel like im gonna puke. Dam , been a long time since i felt like this. I moved through this workout at pretty fast pace. 30-45 seconds between sets. Involuntary shakes...suck..

Hit delts...lateral raises.. front,sides,rear

3 sets each 12-10 reps

Jumped into some super sets.

Shoulders/biceps/triceps

After 3 sets completed .

Superset Changed to bicep/tricep/ added forearms.

Getting off of work soon. Hit the dr's at about 8:30-8:45 am. Go home sleep a few hrs. Spend some time with the wife and kids. Hopefully its a good day.
Another wacko schedule. Sunday night i have to be back at work 7p-7a. Get off and have to come back at 3p-11p. Get off at 11 and have to be back at 7am on Tuesday..
Gonna be a long week.

I just remembered. I new i was gonna run outta protein today so i stashed a muscle milk in the freezer at work when i got here.. Oopsy.. Forgot about that. Its frozen solid now. But i am chowing down on this pack of tuna..

As for the salt. I will say. You can definitely tell the salt is kinda high. It makes you thirsty. Flavor is pretty good. But you need to drink.. Tomorrow is broiled cod or tilapia . I have to check.

Thanks. Now I just need to get these shoulders fixed! But in the mean time, no excuse i dont do everything else i can to get back in shape.. I just feel broken. Its hard to explain..

Labrum tears and impingement.
I have some tb500 but need more before i can begin use. Its a little pricey and I do Not nearly have enough. Only have 1 or 2 bpc.

I understand ...it does take a lot . But it worked for me .
I have more coming and will get more within the next month so hopefully i will have enough.
