After this recent battle i went through, my eyes have been opened to just how much i let myself use whatever was happening around me as a cruch or an excuse for the last 2 yrs. I never would of let anything screw up my training or mind set. I just focus and accomplished what i needed to do. I just did it. So it's time i got back to what i was known for. Grinding.. Always.

Some food for the day.

12oz blackened chicken over romain lettuce and a few croutons. Some parm cheese.

Also jambalaya. 2.5 lbs. Will last a few days .
Some cajun fish.

Took a little longer than i thought to recover from pneumonia.

Ive been really struggling. Tired, dragging ass, still needing to use my inhaler.

Tonight 38 minutes down. 1 jog /hiit combo. Legs feel shaky as hell..

Water consumption is up. This is a good thing. Carbs have been pretty low. Tonight i could feel i needed some added carbs.

Will get in a shoulder workout./ maybe arms. (suppose to take the wife to the gym today) we will see.

Been doing a variety of stuff throughout the night. Pushups-a few variations.

Oh presses, ab work, calf raises.

Already got it 40 min of cardio for the night.

Some food from earlier. Shrimp fajita. Shrimp, onions, gr.peppers, rice, some shredded cheese to hold it together, a lil salsa on top and mix it all up and eat it like this. No tortillas or anything else.
Gonna do some. Chest and back tonight.

Sorry for lack of updates.
Gonna post up some food ive been eating.
Packed full of protein, low carb.
Just found these little buggers. Great and quick and easy to eat on the go.
There are many flavors, depending what store you use carries different flavors.
Jalapeno is great. Only a light flavor and very slight spice. Dont be afraid to try this.
Thai chili is another good one.
Buffalo style is pretty dam good as well.
This has a little more tuna flavor to it and only a light hint of buffalo. But
15 protein, 70 cals, 0 carbs,0 sugar.
So if your looking for on the go snacks packed with protein low carb. This could be for you.

Yes my favorite is shrimp.
I have to start eating more variety again.
But i would love some halibut.. Mmmm mmm good.

Was just told i have to be BACK at 7pm.
This will work out great!! I can get some extra cardio done!! Time to take up the cardio and tweak my macros.

Ive completed 1- 35 minute run with steel toes so far tonight. I will be hitting

Back and chest. Looking at at least 1-2 more 30 minute runs. Im gonna swap out these steel toes for some running shoes i have in my desk.. Dam i have a hot spot on my left foot/heel. I remember now all the blisters i would get and mole skin i would have to buy to cover those hot spots... Fuck that. Brooks running shoes to the rescue..
