Mark Alvisi discusses off season nutrition. Here he strives to add as quality muscle, before cutting. Off season he ingests wholefood protein incl. chicken breast, ground beef & fish, carbs via potatoes or rice. Mark's going to be about 15lbs bigger this year. My money is on him to win it.

IMO should be between him and Branden Ray for the overall at the USA's.
