yep, i´m still doing the prep, training also, cardio 2x per day, LI cardio 50mins in the morning,mod cardio on bike after training for 25mins around 130hrt

this is gonna be my best ever conditioning and have total faith in that

No offense Max, but upping your last on stage conditioning isn't exactly going to be hard.

yep that is correct sexnews. i´ve been better at sticking to my diet and not cheating wich is better than last year. like always say i´m need to beat my last conditioning and that will only happen if i don´t cheat on the diet. i´m sure it will hurt me a little bit the changing diet but that is over now and i´ll be using carbs for now. i´m losing 0,5-1kg a week so i must be doing something right. i do miss the good stuff and also i think i´ll do another contest in the easters cuz i want to peak at that show conditioning wise cuz i feel that my dieting has been so much better and also the will power is so much stronger

Bro, after this show, you should rule out competing for a long long time. Train hard, and add some muscle.

... Thought I'd bump this up.

Max, if you love bodybuilding, you should just continue with your prep, do the show, and then add muscle. If you plan on doing a show in April, you will just be spinning your wheels and you won't make any progress.

i think i need my log up again, i´m not gonna post anymore vids, i´m gonna post the numbers i use, call me a lier or what ever, the numbers are what they are. i guess i can´t be a natty but im gonna be drug-free, not doing anymore cycles. 6 weeks left of the cutting part 1

today:monday i did power upperbody 3x5

bb bench press:
-80kg 5 reps
-90kg 5 reps
-90kg 5 reps

bb rows:
-90kg 5 reps
-100kg 5 reps
-110kg 4 reps, my grip slipped so i had to rack it

standing bb shoulder press:
-40kg 5 reps
-50kg 5 reps
-60kg 3 reps

bb shrugs:
-120kg 5 reps
-120kg 5 reps
-120kg 5 reps

then did cardio:

running for 11 mins at 8,0. i just run as much as my stamina allows

thats it for today, tomorrow gonna be power lowerbody

today i did: power lowerbody and cardio

bb squats and a block of wood under the heels:
-100kg 5 reps
-110kg 5 reps
-110kg 4 reps
went really deep and a medium stance

leg curls:
-130lbs 5 reps
-150lbs 5 reps
-170lbs 5 reps

calf raises on leg press:
-220kg 8 reps
-220kg 8 reps
-220kg 8 reps

seated calf raises plate loaded:
-4 plates 8 reps
-4 plates 8 reps
-4 plates 8 reps

cardio: 14 mins now running at pace 8,0 on treadmill, happy about that

tomorrow is an off day from training,cardio

i´ll try to get to that 16-20, my endurance level ain´t that great but i see that happening late this week or next week. yeh i keep a water bottle when doing cardio

today hyperthropy chest,tricep,shoulders and cardio

db incline press:
-27kg 10 reps

db flat press:

bodyweight dips 3 sets of 10

incline machine press:

rope pushdowns:

close grip bench press:

one arm db extension:

still getting pain in my left shoulder when i do this exercise, sucks

db laterals:

cardio: running managed to get in 16 mins at speed 8,0, happy about that
