today was hyperthropy back,bicep,traps and cardio

pulldowns:
-55kg 10 reps
-60kg 10 reps
-65kg 10 reps

machine rows:
-50kg 10 reps
-50kg 10 reps
-50kg 10 reps

v-handle pulldowns:
-55kg 10 reps
-60kg 10 reps
-65kg 10 reps

cable rows:
-70kg 10 reps

db curls:
-12kg 10 reps

-15kg 10 reps

db preacher curls 3 sets 10 with 10kg db

cable curls:

cardio:running for 16 mins at higher speed then last time 10,0

today was hyperthropy legs,calfs and cardio

squats:
-60kg 10 reps
-70kg 10 reps
-80kg 10 reps
-90kg 10 reps
-80kg 8 reps

leg extension 4 sets of 15 with 110lbs

leg curls 5 sets with 90lbs of 12 reps

6 sets for calfs

cardio:running at speed 8.0 for 16 mins since my legs were so pumped

cardio: running managed to get in 16 mins at speed 8,0, happy about that

Good stuff but you should really be shooting for 30 minutes at that speed. Maybe put the tred on incline to simulate more of an outdoor run.

yeh that sounds good, the only thing that is holding me back is endurance level, i think i´ll be able to run 30 mins straight in 2 weeks or so

today was : power upper and cardio

bb bench press:
-80kg 5 reps
-90kg 5 reps
-90kg 5 reps

bb rows:
-90kg 5 reps
-100kg 5 reps
-110kg 5 reps

cardio: running at pace 8,0 for 20 mins today so i´m real happy how my endurance level is going up

Posing has improved and with practice over and over it can only keep getting better :tiphat:

good workout session mate a nice small compacted workout while hitting the good exercises, nice bb rows bro:xyxthumbs:

from viewing your recent picture, i would say in this order for your strong points are

Back
quads
biceps

but once the bodyfat keeps dropping we ill be able to get a better view on the muscle groups, when dieting bro you will learn new things as thats what i did when i dieted for my show, i was learning new things nearly every day to take with me when i started bulking again.

anyways keep up the work and go hard at it each and everyday, 100% bro :xyxthumbs:
