Great work. Constant improvements and full crtedit for getting in the gym so late after such a long day, a lot of others, probably me included would have knocked it on the head. Great dedication.

inc. Leg Press 450 / 810 / 1040 (12 reps each, 45sec. break between sets)
Front Squats 135 / 135 / 135 (12 reps each, 1min. break between sets)
3sek. Squeeze Leg Extensions: 90 / 90 / 90 (12 reps each set)

yea thats it for today, like i already said my right shoulder was screwd so i tooked it easy on the weights :ugh:

As ever simply enourmous weight for the leg press - and for 12 reps! Jesus.
Sucks to hear about the shoulder. What do you think it is? If it's rotator cuff (often the source of shoulder problems) then take it easy and start doing some ancillary work for them in future if you don't already!

Be careful with the shoulder; I always try to do some warmups since the last time I aggravated a tendon in my shoulder.

I think its a joint problem, feels like one.. dont have any pain in the muscle just in the joint..

if its a joint problem u might want to hit up sum glucosomine up brother and resting wouldn't hurt much either
