hit some legs, shoulders and abs today... felt pretty good and im pretty sure i can't really walk tomorrow :keke:

Deep Front Squats 90 / 90 / 140 (30 seks. break between sets and 12reps each)
inc. Leg Press 324 / 630 / 860 (12 reps each, 45sec. break between sets)
3sek. Squeeze Leg Extensions: 90 / 90 / 105 (12 reps each set)
One Leg Leg-Curls 80 / 90 / 110 (12reps each set)
Standing Military Press 90 / 90 / 110
Side Rises on Cross-Over Machine 20 / 20 / 30 (12reps each) P.B. :ugh:
Hammer Strengh Crunches Machine 6x25 170lbs P.B. :food-snacking:

and aah i don't know how do you guys count the weight, but i always just count the weight i put on and i dont count the weight from the bar! is it wrong?

Yes that's wrong! :49: When we put two 45 pound plates on a bar, we call it 135 lbs. That makes your last workout that much more impressive, those standing military presses are fantastic :2:

lol at being able to increase your weight by 45lb without doing anything! If you're using an olympic bar then uit weighs 45lb! Making your already mighty weights that much mightier!

Great sessions. T-bar is immense and that benching is sweet too - working with the Polish guys obviously helped! :)
