hit legs and shoulders yesterday! was there with 2 friends... so i could go a bit heavyer on my legpresses!
made no squats, i didn't felt like doin squats.. i know that sucks but there is still a saturday where i can throw some leg stuff in
best thing was, everybody had to wait for plates because i had them all on the inc. legpress
