hit legs and shoulders yesterday! was there with 2 friends... so i could go a bit heavyer on my legpresses!

made no squats, i didn't felt like doin squats.. i know that sucks but there is still a saturday where i can throw some leg stuff in ;)

3sek. Squeeze Leg Extensions: 90 / 105 / 105
One Leg Leg-Curls 80 / 90 / 100 / 120

everything done with 12 reps

best thing was, everybody had to wait for plates :bowroflarms: because i had them all on the inc. legpress :food-snacking::hhj::xyxthumbs:

bench press increased 15 lbs since lastr time i was in here, which was only like a week ago, so nice pb their. Just to shock the muscles u ever think of doing different rep #s? Either way impressive weights still gettin stronger

Two nice sessions their man, the close grip is lookin real good, and the incline is looking phenominal, as always ur strenght is progressing

1st time I haven't seen "PB" feature in there, not that it matters with the weight you were using and as ever doing it for those heavy mo-fo 12 reps!

yea thats how it goes sometimes..but im still happy that i can hold the weight and don't have to go down again...

todays leg session was awesome! now i have no power left to stand up and have to use something like an old man :49:
