stiff leg deadlifts 90 / 180 / 180
lat pulldowns 87.5 / 100 / 112.5 / 125 / 150
T-Bar Rows in da corner 75 / 90 / 135 P.B. :hsughr:
benchpress with close grip 50 / 70 / 90 / 110
Dips 3*12 with bodyweight (260lbs)
Cable Tricep Extension 50 / 60 / 70 P.B. :hsughr:
BB shrugs 120 / 180 / 240
Hammer Strengh Crunches Machine: 3x25 with 130lbs
and yes like always 12 mofo heavy ass reps :gheyfight:

good session buddy:D shrugs and tbar are standouts, the stiff leg deadlifts are pretty strong too:) keep it up man!:D

Nice workout before, looks like your still consistantly hitting P.Bs which is great, your body is not getting stumped strength wise yet, so thats great. Good cardio session as well, will really bring out your physique.

yea i had a bit too much beer on sat. night so i figured out dude u have to burn that fckn calories.. but i was an "real BB'ler" and put some protein whey in my last beer :spy: it looked hardcore, it tasted hardcore and the people went nuts :D

but plz call me stupid! i felt in love cupple month ago and im happy that i came out of it! because that gurl goes back to germany in 1 month, and i really never felt like telling her that i "felt in love with her".. so she was there aswell and was really bumping me! she asked me 7 times, "can you dance with me plz" and I STUPID IDIOT SAID NO !!! i have no idea what was wrong with me.. so prob. i hurt her feelings :(

anywayz hit the gym today and lol one of my ipod earhearers broke down.. prob. to much sweat :spy: it was 101F outside and it was so hot inside dude..even with A/C

time: about 65mins.

Haha, don't worry about the girl, mate. I did something like that in a bar once...girl wanted me to take her home and I couldn't hear her. I thought she said something else so I said, "Ok, bye!" Later on I realized what she wanted :49:

@rocky, yea i hope i can forget it really fast so i can make a monster leg session tomorrow :spy: i have to load a 55cubic meter in a container and afterwards im free for my iron..

today, 102F outside (at 5PM !! ) and i hit the gym for some cardio :spy:

45mins Cardio and burnd ~350 calories

today was a pretty hard day! I worked 12 hours and hit the gym afterwards.. straight from work to gym.. came home at 9PM...


time: 75mins.

One Leg Leg-Curls 80 / 90 / 100 / 120

Hammer Strengh Crunch Machine 6*25 super-slow reps with 130lbs
everything done with 12 reps

no p.b.'s today, but i think its still pretty good for a 12hour working day as an mover :hhj:

Damn good work indeed. I do 12 hr days and there's no way in hell I'm going to the gym straight after!
