Stiffed Deads: 135 (12reps) / 225 (12reps) / 315 (9reps) grip failed, need to get me some of those straps next time
Lat Pulldowns: 100 / 112.5 / 125 / 150 / 170 (all 12reps with really wide grip)
T-Bars in tha Corner: 180 / 225 / 225 / 225 (all 12reps)
close g bench: 45 (warmup 25reps) / 135 / 135 / 155 / 185 (10reps)
bar pushdowns: 90 / 120 / 120 (all 12 reps)
robe tric extentions: 60 / 80 / 80 / 80 / 120 (all 12reps burnd the hell outta me)
standing db shrugs: 80 / 110 / 150 (all 12 reps with 2sec hold on top) P.B. :linedrunk:
seated shrugs: 75 / 75 / 75 (all 12 reps with 2sec hold on top)

man i have to ask my boy Ron (co-manager) for some heavy'er dumbbells 150lbs is the highest we have and i need more :crymeariver:

how much cardio u do total?i started oding cardio too bout 30 min a day after my session...but sometimes i am so tired from weights that i dont do it at all....u the same?or do u have days for cardio and days for weights?or do u go by feel?

and i don't do cardio after my weight training, heard that it's not good..
so mo,we,fr is weight training and tue,sa and su is cardio
