thx brothers, but i felt like if i use heavy weight for chest i feel nothing in my chest, more in my arms... if i do benchp. with about 200 with nice slow motion and squeeze, my chest feels pumped like a dildo :keke: i act. feel like i could train chest tomorrow again :dunnodude:

squeeze leg extentions: 90 / 90 / 90 / 120 (10 3sec. squeeze reps)

i used to do 150 (stack with) with 25lb plate and that was uber heavy heh
200lbs tho, shit, your abs must be oozzing with soreness or a huge pump
leg presses still going strong man, goood reps with that 900s :D
squats ? FUCKING Heavy as usual!
one day i shall get to that 315 :spy:

thx guys, hit some cardio today and forearm+cardio yesterday

thursday;
30min cardio, plus a lot of forearm work

today:
2 hours regular walking, dunno how many cals coz it was outside in teh 85F sun :)

was a lil messed up, right after i changed clothes i had to shit like crazy.. took me 35 mins to poop the shit out and could start training after that :uhoh2:

Deadlifts: 135(WU) / 225(WU) / 315 / 405 (10 reps, didn't touch the floor, always 2/4 inch over floor back up)
Bent ov Rows with rev. grip: 135 / 135 / 225 / 315 (8 reps each)
Lat Pulldowns, Wide Grip to Neck: 100 / 125 / 150 / 150 / 175 (9 reps)
One Arm DB Rows Machine: 2x45lbs plates ; 3x45 lbs plates ; 4x45lbs plates (10 squeeze reps each, almost throwed up after that, was like 90F in there :ugh: )
Close Grip Benchp: 135 / 155 / 195 / 205 (12 reps)
Seated EZ Bar Skullz: 75 / 95 / 105 (10 reps) P.B. :hsughr:
Rope Extentions: 80 / 100 / 120 (10 reps)

haha, that's a crazy shit if it took over a half hour dayum!!!

dam good session yet again, great work on the back - heavy compound stuff there. Congrats on the PB for skulls, definitely harder doing it seated than when you're lying down.
