today i hit back,biceps,traps and abs

time: 60min
weight: 252 lbs

deadlifts off teh floor: 135 / 225 / 315 / 405 / 500 (10/10/8/2/2 all without straps! )
V Handle Lat Pulldowns: 100 / 125 / 150 / 200 (10/10/10/6 reps nice and slow)
Bent Over Rows: 225 / 225 / 245 (10 reps all sets)
Hammer Strength one arm Iso Rows: 3x8 reps with 5x45lbs plates
EZ-Bar Cable Curls: 110 / 140 / 160 (10/10/6 reps)
EZ-Bar Preacher Curls Rev. Grip: 85 / 85 (10/8 reps)
DB Hammer preacher curls: 30 / 40 (10/8 reps)
hammer strength crunches: 4x25 200lbs
db shrugs: 100 / 130 / 150 (10 reps all sets)
seated db shrugs: 75 / 80 / 100 (10/10/8 reps)

thats it, back feels so blown and biceps is tight like a mother :thumbsup2:

thx for comments.. i actually had a little bit pain in my left ankle so i did more legpresses than squats which felt way better on the angle.. but shhiit it was one good workout...
