Seeing that we have a back thread about the top 20 and we should have a top 20 arms !!

Complete arm development is most important!
For example...Arnie had great biceps....but his tri's werent spectecular!

A Complete arm development consists of:

1-Amazing ultra ripped and cut triceps
2- Great biceps head or peaky bicep head
3-Amazing and vascular forearm
4-Overdeveloped Brachialis, so then:

1-Phil Heath
2-Lee Priest

4-Arnold Schwarzenegger
5-Sergio Oliva
6-Eddie Robinson
Tie with Kevin Levrone (That never showed a peaky bicep)
8-Robby Robinson
9-Larry Scott

Synthol qualifies and is a requirement in some cases, but it shoud apply in the case you have excellent triceps and brachialis and lack the peaky in your biceps, for me, Darrem Charles peaks are pure synthol, Markus Ruhl peak is Synthol, Marko Savolainen was pure synthol, I mean it could be use but if you have any other bodyparts you don't lack. Markus should apply synthol to the triceps to match his incredible bicep peaks
