Power Cleans are the shit, I hardly see anyone ever do them anymore. I saw you do sumo deadlifts, keep a tab on your growth from these. If your hips start to grow more than usual could you tell us? I've read that since your foot positioning is wider than usual it incorporates a fair amount of hip recruitment.

I Love Power Cleans, nothing toasts the posterior like them. Im trying to work up my 1RM, hopefully I will be doing 100kg for reps soon!

Wasn't FDK completely flooded with people today when you were there? Or did u get lucky and dodged the chaos og people that rised later when I worked out (about 2.30 pm)... ?
