Ramy 5 weeks out and 310lbs!

first day if training down. I pushed big Ramy to the limit. He is right on schedule and at 310lbs this morning he is again bigger than last time 5 weeks out from New York. I promise that it will get crazy in Las Vegas when he steps on that stage. I might give you all a sneak peak before the Flex photographer gets here to shoot Ramy here in Kuwait.
