Bench 141kg (I love how i can bench more then I squat...leg press gone up to 389kg for 6 after 5work up sets(all the way down...all the way up)
Squat 130kg (not much of a squat person)
Deadlift 181kg (not much of a deadlifter, tweaked by back on 200kg so ive layed off it for a while)
Total 452kg
Wilks 292kg
