Bench 141kg (I love how i can bench more then I squat...leg press gone up to 389kg for 6 after 5work up sets(all the way down...all the way up)
Squat 130kg (not much of a squat person)
Deadlift 181kg (not much of a deadlifter, tweaked by back on 200kg so ive layed off it for a while)

Total 452kg

Wilks 292kg

Squat = 105kg
Bench = 72.5kg
Dead = 140kg

Total = 317.5kg

Wilks = 305



Think that's it for a long time now until i put on bodyweight, all maxed out.

Got an update for ya, Scoular. New DL max and I upped my bodyweight by about 6 pounds...that's an educated guestimate, but should be about right. The Wilk's standing doesn't change at all, in any case.
