How about people in future DON'T use the 1rm convertor and make it more fair. That means actual lifts.

It's a lot different to guess a 1RM and actually have it done.

That sucks, who cheated common confess, it was everyone above me wasn't it, crown me the champion.....ok guess not loool My squat was worked out on what i got for 2 reps, stuff climbin under there to find out what crushes me.:bowroflarms:

LOL, all my numbers are legit. If I were to go by a 1 RM my numbers would be:

Bench: 311 pounds (141 kgs)
Squat: 477 pounds (217 kgs)
Deads: 494 pounds (226 kgs)

it's not a big deal. But you gotta be realistic and true to yourself, that's all.

You can either do it or not mentally and physically.

Very different to just add your best 10rm in the computer and get your 1rm from there.



Your bulk is going well line. Put on a considerable amount of weight in a short time. You fat git (joke) :)

Ha thanks, I'm actually dieting now. No idea how much weight I've lost (if any) so far but I'm looking forward to leaning out.

I've got some new totals...

Weight: 100 kg

Squat: 207 kg
Deadlift: 216 kg
Bench: 148 kg

Total: 571 kg

Wilks: 347


...I plan on hitting 500 on both deads and squats soon, even while dieting so I'll jump up a few more places within the next two or three weeks.

my bench press 1rm could be higher cuz it´s always the last exercise i do for chest basicly

If we go by 1RM calculator my 1RM should be much higher in all my lifts.
Using the calculator and actually doing the 1RM is a big difference mentally and physically.

and I know using the 1RM calculator realistically I couldn't do those lifts. - So I believe the 1RM calculator is bullshit.

So how fair it is, I will leave you to decide.

your have to be true to yourself.


I will update all lifts and put in all entries anyhow.
