you guys that say deadlifts are fun are crazy..lol.......
Squats and Deadlifts
to be honest i need to start deads again, if, when i keep it consistent, i think deads would be my #1 fave again. i need to get to the gym when its not so heavily packed in squat/power rack area(s)..
and thought you mostly workout at 3-4am who the hell would workout heavy at that time lol
