Edit: I just saw the smith machine inclince press... what kind of plates.. 45, 35 cause im curious to that weight of 6 plates lol.

plates are 45 so 6 plates are only 315, nothing special. It's kind of a big contraption on this smith machine so it is prolly a little more but who cares.

Age is 25 weight is 225 atm. I've always had a little retard farm boy strength so that helps.

I'm tall at 5'11 bro. So I guess I'm a bit over average are there abouts, weights are going up way faster then my body weight this year though.

yea 315 is fairly light, ok iat first i was thinking 6 plates on each side....

And that's all I did for that workout. Yea so I'm not chasing the same girl I went on with a date a week ago, I'm chasing a different one. I may actually pass my biomechanics class.

As for actualy weight lifting I need to hit 500 lb squat before I can diet at least. So I got my log and my goals and I'm getting closer every week. For those that don't know I've broken every number in my log for the last 5 weeks, this is getting fun.

I use Dorians split and Bob chics rules. Basically I always aim for 8 to 12 reps but if I can get more I do so. I always beat reps or numbers every week.

I know I don't have deads in there, I hate doing them because It greatly hinders my squats. Last I used deads I did 445 x 4 right...well the very same week I went to do squats and got such a bad pump in the back that I could barely move. Plus my back is easily my best bodypart where as my legs need work. Thats my reasoning as of the moment.

You could maybe alternate them then, say 2 weeks you do squats then on the 3rd you do deads. Or alternate heavy deads/light squats on week then heavy squats/light deads the next. You're still getting a lot of leg drive and posterior chain work in deads plus they are the bomb for full-back development. :xyxthumbs:

Today went great, added more reps to everything and 10 pounds to close grip with the same amount of reps. Still going up=0 I'll hit 6 plates for 8 before this shit is over.

I'm not 2 worried about traps, I plenty of that. Doing this combo together is so painful that words can't even describe it, It pumps up your shoulders like with a billion psi, it's nuts. Can't wait for thanksgiving, still need some pussy though for the feast =(

I tried really hard to squeeze today. I can hammer curl 85's with bad form but I don't want to make it habit so I don't do that 2 much. Otherwise all reps are up again. Where will it stop? Who knows

you could also do front squats instead of back squats

i think you could do them in the same week, it doesnt hit your core as hard as back squats and its demolishes your quads to the bone.. try it :xyxthumbs:
