Welp, it's been long enough. This is mainly so i wont forget in the future, but feel free:

Today Jnutz and I (training at the best gym ever) did the best chest workout we've ever done..We both actually hit 3 pb's , so we are pretty glad about that. Nonetheless, we will try to get strongr every week. I figured it's best to start a log with chest, so here goes somethin:

Flat Barbell bench press:
135x15 warm up
185 x 15
265 x 6 i think(im a FAG, and I wanted to save energy for the next set, b/c i was scared lol)
325 x 4..my first personal best of the day..I think i had pretty good form considering.


Incline Dumbell:
50 x 10 warm
65 x 10
100 x 8

Flat Dumbell:
50 x10 warm
130s x 9 -second personal best..I was very happy with it, but the gym doesn't have 140s, so maybe ill just use 120s and do a lot of reps or something.

chest press machine / machine fly superset:
70 lbs x12/ 70 lbs x12
90 lbs x 12/ 90 lbs x12
100 x 12/ 115 lbs x 12 ( i thinks)

couple of ab sets :
crunch machine 2 sets of 20 reps w/ poon weight.

And to finish , slow leg raises bodyweight.


All in all a very good workout.

Oh yea, and a lot of times, i do the plate loaded chest press:
1 plate each side x 10
2 plates x 10
3 plates x 10..And thats a rap..I believe jnutz is uploading some pics.Thanks dudes!

Nice session man! I see you are the stronger one of the two! those are some strong presses!

Just make sure Jnutz doesnt pass you lolz, seems he trains real hard!! always nice to have a good training partner to motivate and help right?

yea PV he is stronger then me lol. i will be lucky to get to where is his anytime soon. it is awesome to have a training partner that is motivating.

That's some damn heavy benching mate, especially for only just over a year training! How old are you by the way?

Edit: Also, you want to up your squat? Look up Smolov.

Either way its pretty huge. I'm not trying to be rude here but are you touching chest and also not bouncing the weight back up? I'm checking because I'm 7 years older than you and I've been training a hell of a lot longer than you and I can only manage 325 for a couple of reps and 352 for a single and I know I have a damn strong bench!

oh ya freako..my main goal is good form..If I don't, I'll do like in the past and screw my shoulder up.

i did a caliper in sport nutrition last quarter and i was roughly 15. I think im 5'10 -11
