Welp, it's been long enough. This is mainly so i wont forget in the future, but feel free:
Today Jnutz and I (training at the best gym ever) did the best chest workout we've ever done..We both actually hit 3 pb's , so we are pretty glad about that. Nonetheless, we will try to get strongr every week. I figured it's best to start a log with chest, so here goes somethin:
Flat Barbell bench press:
135x15 warm up
185 x 15
265 x 6 i think(im a FAG, and I wanted to save energy for the next set, b/c i was scared lol)
325 x 4..my first personal best of the day..I think i had pretty good form considering.
Incline Dumbell:
50 x 10 warm
65 x 10
100 x 8
Flat Dumbell:
50 x10 warm
130s x 9 -second personal best..I was very happy with it, but the gym doesn't have 140s, so maybe ill just use 120s and do a lot of reps or something.
chest press machine / machine fly superset:
70 lbs x12/ 70 lbs x12
90 lbs x 12/ 90 lbs x12
100 x 12/ 115 lbs x 12 ( i thinks)
couple of ab sets :
crunch machine 2 sets of 20 reps w/ poon weight.
And to finish , slow leg raises bodyweight.
All in all a very good workout.
Oh yea, and a lot of times, i do the plate loaded chest press:
1 plate each side x 10
2 plates x 10
3 plates x 10..And thats a rap..I believe jnutz is uploading some pics.Thanks dudes!
