Welp, it seems like I've been working out with jnutz almost everyday now for a while, but today I decided to stay in my town and workout in my gay gym

Military Smith:
135 x 15
185 x 10
225 x 12
135 x 12 ( behind neck..I almost like these better)

Seated side, front, rear raise supersets (best shoulder move ever):
25x 12/ x 8 each arm/ x 12
35 ^ same

Standing raises:
60s ( dont ask lol) side x 8

Jay cutler cable raises ( just stretched way behind back and then out to side):
30 x 10
50 x 10
75 x 10

Rear delt machine:
100 x 15
145 x 12
160 x 20

Smith Shrugs Front/back supersets:
135 x 20/ x 20
225 x 20/ x 20

Dumbell shrugs:
75s x 20
90s x 20
100 x 20

10 minutes of intense cardio..I honestly didn't wanna stop b/c nothing hurt at all..and that freakin NO xplode had me goooiiiiiiin! Back tomorrow :)

nah thats cool man..tell me! I need some advice...I use it because damn you can get an efficient workout without messing your back up too much. I like smith b/c it feels safe and the weights dont really matter to me unless i'm at the gym that I care about lol. I prefer dumbell military overall.

IMO you can't beat the good old standing MP, although I no longer do them due to my shoulder problems (caused by benching, not MPs).

Don't go super heavy until you've got your core strength up to scratch. Lots of heavy ab work.

CHICKEN LEG DAY

seated cardio warm up ( i hate stretching, so this works..stupid? yes):
5 min

Squats:
135 x 20
185 x 10
225 x 10

leg press:
3 plates x 12
5 plates x 12
7 plates x 12
9 plates x 15

lunges: never mind you the weight :).
2 sets

seated leg curls:
3 sets , never mind you the weight!
leg extensions: i did a couple of warmup sets actually b4 squats:
2 warmup sets..and a huuuge burnout dropset..my knee caps felt like they were going to burst...I like legs at this gym..oh yea, and in blue jeans :D..

baby shoulders tomorrow

Yes, I'm still working out lol. I haven't worked backor legs in over a month(dont ask)..but I still hit the other 3 ..and I'm just getting to where I can do cardio on the treadmill instead of wasting my time on the ellyptical. I actually love the treadmill, and the fat is burning off my little potty belly.So, sunday ill start working everything again. And I'm on a semi diet..not really strict, just sort of.

lol..hmm..I'll put a pick from like 3 months ago or so..I look diff..I swear i was reading on the first page..325x4 on flat bench..aiaiai..no way i could hit 255 for that haha..I look like a little track runner :( dont make fun of me vic
