that does make sense tim. I don't have a caliper..I'm starting to get weaker each week now though..I am definately not taking in enough protein though..I should totally stop bein lazy and eat breakfast!

haha i know dude..funny thing is, I don't have an excuse.my early class is at 10 am. I should definately eat breakfast more and stop being lazy..Yea, a lot of time I don't have any energy later in the day because of it.

Dude make a breakfast sandwich before you go to bed I have the same issue so I make a sandwich with roast beef, turkey and ham on multi grain bread and mustard.

Put it in the fridge wake up get ready grab that fucker when going out the door and bam I got breakfast.:borat:

really .. iwas weaker in everything lol..my right chest was a bitch..soooo..only thing that went well was a ton of dips and I did 100s on incline perty easy :)..maybe 110s next weeek

leg press:

8 1/4 x 15 :)..I drank some new vitamin water, and I think it gave me a kick

lunges:
60 x 10
70 x 10
70 x 12

leg extensions:
150 x 20
200 x 20..good ass burn. Decent leg workout..I always leave there thinkin my knee cap is gonna be popped off by that muscle that's pressed up against it lol

seated f,b,s rest pause raises:
30s 10 all around
35s 10 all around
...then i stood and did 40s lol

honeslt..this was plenty enough..but i did my secret raise lol ith 20s and 25s

then..shrugs smith:front and back superset:

185 x 20 front/ 20 back
225 x 20 front/ 20 back

dumbells:
70s 10
90s 10
100s 10

Then i finished on a shoulder machine...I really don't do too terribly much for shoulders at this gym, but i still get a really good workout. Next week ill do 50s on raises
