Cause I like to do functional movements, but it's my philosophy of training bro, and the movement you do when "pullovering" is not very common in many situations. But for your purpose which I believe is hypertrophy, pullover is a nice tool. Hope you understand that:thumbsup2:

I totally understand that bro.:thumbsup2: don't get me wrong.. I really wanted your insight cause I respect you and your training is a huge motivation for me.
DB pullovers are one of my favourites for back, yes I want hipertrophy, nothing beats a good heavy pullover to finish!

Close grip bench - 90 kg x 5 / 95 kg x 3 (PB) / 95 kg x 3
Dips - BW + 25 kg x 6 (PB) / +25kg x 5/ +25 kg x 5
Skull's - 45 kg x 5 / 45 kg x 4
tricep push down - 45 kg x 6

traps
140 kg x 8


big surprise in the Mp's.. I find it hard to progress in them.. last session I tried the 60 kg but failed to get even one rep.. but I was unracking it...today I cleaned it before pressing and I got two!!!
I think most people get more reps unracking the bar.. but I get more if I clean it..i'm weird..
gonna clean it every time now.. it just has more flow if you clean it before you start pressing, for me when I unrack it I feel like it's harder to push inicially though I start from the same point in each..
as I said I'm weird..:bitelip:

GHR - BW x 6 / BW x 5


What a workout.. the gym was calm.. had a good spotter. and it was a super workout, especially Squats, last session I only did 160 kg x 2 now I did 2 fucking more reps!!:turborun:

HELL YEAH.
best PB ever - 110 kg x 3 :turborun::turborun: been adding weight in the bench lately and today the 100 kg felt really smooth, thanks to JoaoT for the tip to try the 110kg otherwise I would have done 105 again.
the 42 kg in the incline db felt light too.. what the fuck? LOL .. the next pair of dumbells are the 47's so I had to go with that.. they feel heavy only craked 3 struggling, but I will adapt ; they were heavy but not as heavy as i expected..

one of the best workouts ever. especially considering it's Chest, a body part that I struggled to improve but feels like it's changing lately. :turborun:

just an insight of my diet, before next log.

Meal 1 - 2 scoops Whey with milk (skim) ; >100g oats with fruit
Meal 2 - bowl of ceral (no sugar) ; trail mix ; banana ; 3 whole wheat bread slices with cheese
Meal 3 - meat/ Fish ; potatoes / rice / pasta
meal 4 - eggwhites; black beans (Natzo's secret)
Meal 5 pre-wk - 100g oats ; 1.5 scoop whey
Meal 6 post-wk - 2.5 scoops whey ; 80 gr malto ; 5gr creatine
Meal 7 - Meat; rice/pasta
Meal 8 - 1 scoop whey with milk (skim) ; fruit ; 2 whole wheat bread slices

*meal 4 : in college- chicken breast sandwich ; grilled cheese ; Milk
*meal 8 : can be - eggwhites, chocolate milk ; fruit


humm.. I'm hungry...:drool:
