yeah Rob.. really wierd..

usually it goes the other way around.. 5/4/3.. I progressed in reps trough pullup sets.. really strange.. never happened to me before..

Hey Natzo, i find myself googling "kg to lbs" a lot while looking at your thread LOL

IMO your legs are and back are your strong point.

Hopefully i can get my squat and deadlift up to yours soon!

Seated DB crl - 27kg x 5 / 27 kg x 6
Seated DB hammer - 30 kg x 6 / 30 x 6
Olympic BB curl - 50 kg x 4 / 50 kg x 5


Finally felt confortable to pull the 200 in this phase, my deadlift is not improving much this strenght phase in contrast with the rest of the lifts.. still pulled the 200 with a bit less effort than last time.

AND WEIGHTED MYSELF TODAY, HAVEN'T DONE THAT IN A LONG TIME... 87 KG. (PB) lol BY MY CALCULATIONS I'VE PUT 4-5 KG SINCE THE LAST TIME I WEIGHTED MYSELF WICH WAS IN THE END OF LAST YEAR.
