DB row - 52kg x 7 / 52 kg x 7
DB pullover - 62kg x 3 (PB)

seated DB curl - 27kg x 6 / 30kgx 4 (PB)
BB curl - 50kg x 5 / 50 kg x 5
DB Hammer - 30kg x 6 / 30kg x 6

this strenght phase in reaching it's end, starting to feel the heavy weights really heavy, has I approach the 7th week. I'll do one more week.. and then it's time for the good stuff to begin again, the horse training!

When i saw you doing 3x180Kg DL (easy) i thinked to myself " this gonna be sweat for him to do 200Kg easy". You pull 200Kg x 1 "wow it was not very easy but you had more in there" i thinked. You go for second rep and boooooooooooom you pulled that shit from the ground and made a sweat PB. Congratz for your DL PB and the rest dude. Heavy heavy weights you're moving.
