In this new phase, cause the weight moved and exercises are less impressive, i'll choose the best workout of the week to go in the log.

LEGS

Squat - 120kgx10 / 140kg x 5 / 140kg x 5 / 140 kg x 5 x drop xdrop
Leg press - 240kg x 11 / 240 x 9 / 240 x 10 / 240 x 11
Front Squats - 90 kg x 8 / 90 x 7 / 90 x 7
superset with
leg extension (unilateral) - 30 kg x 9 / 30 kg x 9 / 30 kg x 9
Horizontal leg press - 100 kg x 15 / 100x13 / 100x 11

Leg Curl - 70 kg x8 / 65 kg x 10 / 65 kg x 10
DB stiff dead - 30 kg x 9 / 30 x 8 / 30 x 8
superset with
standing leg curl (unilateral) - 15 kg x 9 / 15 kg x 9 / 15 kg x 8



wow..I almost forgot the endurance that is needed to execute a workout like this.. I almost passed out in the leg press.This shit is crazy good!
usually first 3 weeks are really painfull, after that you start to get used to it and I may be able to add another superset to this..

No deload, no restoration workouts? I can't handle all this volume...10 reps for me is like doing cardio lol

@ROB: I dont like deloads. (LOL), I actually enjoy going for reps..one thing I like to do in the leg press is going for 50 reps for 3 sets, it gets all the blood from my brain to my quads..:bitenails:

sessions look great natzo. pics are good too. looks as if uve put on some solid mass. ure less lean obviously, but im willing to bet theres alot of extra muscle under there. back and legs are standouts as far as thickness goes.

Hey Natzo, just checked out those set of pics then and you have put on some mass and like bulk said, im sure its a considerable amount of muscle because you have got alot stronger since i last checked.

I'll be waiting for that deadlift video...

I don't think so.. maybe the fact that the shirts rounds covering my glutes gives you that impression..

yeah i agree with you, they stand up to fast.

i'm incorporating rack pulls to strenghten the upper half of the movement.

I echo what Rob said.

Use more leg/hip drive by lowering your hips a little.
