I am inclined to agree. I didn't see a neutral spine at any stage. Hard to judge though without a side on view.

I'll try to correct it in the next workout, and film it again.

I had this same problem with my hip, and never realized until I filmed myself. Force your hips down, at first it'll seem weird, you gonna thought your hips are extremelly low, but not...well, film again with a side view.

I don't think so.. maybe the fact that the shirts rounds covering my glutes gives you that impression..

Leg press - 160 kg x 30 / 160 kg x 30 / 160 kg x 30

10 min seated in the bathroom ready to throw up...fuck I didn't! failed to be as cool as Arnold.:shakefist:
the last set in the leg press really pushed me.. sick thing..I was pale..not feeling good..at all.

oh well.. show must go on.. let's go back to the weight room. was going to do some front squats but switched with a squat machine.

Why not trying 20 rep squats?:borat: I did once, and was the most intense effort I have ever done.
