looking very sexy from the rear natzo. looks as if uve put on some good meat on that back. nice leg blasting as well. good squatting for reps.

personally id reccomend u ditch the leg extensions though. they wreak havoc on ur knees in the long run. try some lunges instead or split squats instead. great for quads and also unilateral leg work is underrated.

@Bulk : thanks bro yeah i've put on some meat, finally smelling the 90kg, currently 89.4kg. as for the extensions I have been thinking the same thing, I think i'll ditch them and do some lunges instead dude.. front squat superseted with lunges is gonna be brutal..

@Pickle : a press is a chest press machine like hammer strenght ones.

@BGL : yeah, I do low reps in every exercise trying to progress in the 4-6 reps in the general lifts and in the 2-4 rep on the main lifts. just to change the stimulus in every muscle group and gain some strenght in every move.

was expecting to equal my 200kg x 2 on deads and my pb 210x1, but the 200's only gave me one. haven't handle that amount for 7 weeks so I think it's alright.

good session overall!

yeah i'm trying, not perfect yet but it is better has i've been iniciating the movement lowering my bottom the best i can, wich now compensates my hips shooting up early on.

sweet, just looking out for you. Fucking my back was the main catalyst for me not training for 2 years and i did it at your age as well. Better to be right with the move then doing 4 and a half plates with a quick hip rise.
