Db press are heavy! Should be hard to settting up properly...

actually, it isn't... I put them in position quite easily. It must have to do with my heavy curling.

It's not hard for me neither, cause I use my knee and legs to drive the dumbbell in position.

HAHAha... I'm at work atm.. i'm not supposed to laugh this loud... *I'mmovingtoOZifIgetfirednow!*

I haven't updated Natzo's lair cause strenght phase ended and i'm back to more reps and volume for another 6-8 so that means lighter way and boring logs.... still I'll update it once a week with the best workout. they're not that boring actually, I just don't write heavy weights.. you know like Pickle?s log.
